Clear Compensation Structure

This is a non-exclusive co-brokerage arrangement. MaTrx's fee is paid from your broker fee. The seller pays no additional fees.

Monthly Subscription

You start with a monthly subscription of $19.99.

This gives you access to the MaTrx platform, deal review, buyer sourcing, and ongoing support.

Important: All subscription payments accumulate as credits and are applied against any future success fee.
Step 2

Success Fee (Only If a Deal Closes)

If MaTrx sources the buyer and the transaction closes, we charge a 3.0% success fee.

Total seller fee (example: 10%) $500,000
MaTrx success fee (3%) $150,000
You keep (7%) $350,000

Subscription Credits Reduce Your Success Fee

Any subscription fees you have already paid are deducted dollar-for-dollar from the MaTrx success fee at closing.
